How We Teach
Every Blue Team Academy lesson follows a simple, deliberate path: we introduce a concept, ground it in an analogy you already understand, show a real-world example, put it into practice with a hands-on exercise, and connect it back to the work you’ll actually do on the job.
At the core of our curriculum is Threat & Control™, our framework for thinking about security the way defenders do — identifying what can go wrong and the controls that prevent it. It’s a mindset as much as a method, and it’s designed to stay with you long after the lesson ends.
Who’s Behind It
Blue Team Academy was founded by Fabio, a security architect with over 20 years of experience and the CISSP, CCSP certification, whose career has spanned Novell, CA Technologies, and IBM. Having navigated the world of enterprise security firsthand, he built Blue Team Academy to be the mentor and roadmap he wishes more IT professionals had access to.
